Now Seeking: HR Generalist

Primary responsibilities include benefits administration and recruiting. The ideal candidate will have previous HR Generalist experience or have recruiting responsibilities within a previous role.

SCHEDULE: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruiting and Talent Management

  • Partners with administration to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
  • Create and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, manage applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Complete new hire checklist to include gathering appropriate documentation, submitting IT requests, training schedule.
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with new hires.

Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Serve as point person for provider and staff questions on benefits.
  • Track new hire benefit eligibility and assist in enrollment process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with broker and benefit vendors.
  • Prepare payroll to be run every other week ensuring employees pay is accurate.

Employee Relations

  • Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, disputes and harassment allegations, resolving disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures including termination.
  • Maintains the Employee Handbook.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)

Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse for one of our specialty clinics in Moscow, ID. You will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

SCHEDULE: 4, 10 hour shifts/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
  • Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
  • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a registered nurse
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
  • Valid nursing license

Patient Care Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p

LOCATION: Moscow, ID

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manages multiple priorities with an ability to multi-task in a busy healthcare setting.
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Registers new patients by collecting detailed patient information including insurance information.
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the nurse and/or provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Initiates prior authorizations with insurance carriers.
  • Responds to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries via telephone, portal, or walk-ups in a courteous manner.
  • Protects patient confidentiality.
  • Check emails on a regular basis. Also regularly check fax machine for incoming messages. Send faxes as required.
  • Process all requests from referring offices in a timely and courteous manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Medical office experience (preferred)
  • 2 plus years of administrative/office experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinic

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
