Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse for one of our specialty clinics in Moscow, ID. You will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

SCHEDULE: 4, 10 hour shifts/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
  • Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
  • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a registered nurse
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
  • Valid nursing license

Patient Care Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p

LOCATION: Pullman, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manages multiple priorities with an ability to multi-task in a busy healthcare setting.
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Registers new patients by collecting detailed patient information including insurance information.
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the nurse and/or provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Initiates prior authorizations with insurance carriers.
  • Responds to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries via telephone, portal, or walk-ups in a courteous manner.
  • Protects patient confidentiality.
  • Check emails on a regular basis. Also regularly check fax machine for incoming messages. Send faxes as required.
  • Process all requests from referring offices in a timely and courteous manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Medical office experience (preferred)
  • 2 plus years of administrative/office experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinic

PAY: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Audiologist

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

SCHEDULE: Part-time, 2 to 3 days a week. Potential to move to a full-time role.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse license or registration required.
  • Must demonstrate a high attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfills patient care responsibilities in the allergy clinic performing allergy testing, educating patients on allergy and immunotherapy, and performing allergy immunotherapy injections.
  • General patient care responsibilities as assigned that may include checking schedules and organizing patient flow; accompanying patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking transfers, dressing, collecting specimens; collecting patient history; performing screenings per provider guidelines; assisting physicians/nurses with various procedures; charting; relaying instructions to patients/families; answering calls, and providing pertinent information.
  • Fulfills clerical responsibilities as assigned that may include sending/receiving patient medical records; obtaining lab/X-ray reports, hospital notes, referral information.
  • Managing and updating charts to ensure that information is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Ensures environmental responsibilities as assigned that may include setting up instruments and equipment according to department protocols; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control; cleaning sterilizer according to scheduled maintenance program and keeping appropriate records; ordering, sorting, storing supplies; and restocking exam/procedure rooms.
  • Fulfills organizational responsibilities as assigned including respecting/promoting patient rights; responding appropriately to emergency codes; sharing problems relating to patients and/or staff with immediate supervisor.
  • Provides the highest level of customer care to patients, visitors, clinical staff and fellow employees.

Clinical Team Member - Medical Assistant

  • Equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
