Position: Clinical Team Member

  • Greet and room patients
  • Prepare patients for examination; obtaining vitals and recording patients' health history
  • Perform routine specimen collection and tests
  • Prepare equipment and examination rooms
  • Clean instruments
  • Assist physician or nurse practitioner with medical treatments, procedures and exams
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program preferred, certified nursing assistants will also be considered
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type at least 40/wpm
  • Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
  • Must have the ability to multi task
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour

Position: Audiologist

Duties: Plan and administer medically necessary audiology tests and measures and implement habilitation and rehabilitation services for patients within the practice standards of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluations of available patient data. Review and evaluate physician referral, if indicated, and patient's medical records to determine the type of evaluation and treatment required. Perform patient tests, measurements and evaluations, and record and evaluate findings to aid in establishing or revising specifics of treatment programs. Develop appropriate treatment program based on clinical signs and symptoms, patient needs and physician evaluation. Administer treatments involving application of audiology protocols. Evaluate effects of treatments and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefits. Record patient treatment, response and progress. Confer with members of the healthcare team to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in treatment programs and integrate audiology treatment with other aspects of patient healthcare. Identify areas to be considered for improvement in the quality of service and participate in the quality improvement effort. Evaluate effectiveness of patient treatment and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefits. Instruct patients and support system in audiology procedures as appropriate.


Minimum Requirements: Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology degree) & valid WA Audiologist license
