COVID19 - A Message to the public from the Palouse Specialty Physicians

Specialties & Services

The urology group at Palouse Specialty Physicians (PSP) is dedicated to promoting and restoring urological health for our patients. We treat men, women and children, making it easy for residents around the eastern Washington and western Idaho borders to get the specialty medical attention they need without having to travel far from their home communities.

Our patients appreciate that in almost all cases, they can be diagnosed, treated and even operated on – right here in the comfort of PSPs state-of-the-art facilities. It’s our belief that the best and most satisfying level of care takes place when you feel seen, heard and understood by your doctor. That will always be the case when you schedule a consultation with the PSP urology team.

Decades of Experience Paired With Innovative Vision

Dr. John Keizur and Dr. B. David Smith have decades of experience behind them, and both are dedicated to keeping up on the latest medical research available. Their commitment to the latest and greatest urological findings means our patients benefit from proactive preventative care, as well as cutting-edge treatments that minimize risks and amplify benefits.

Some of the most common discomforts that bring people to our office include:

  • Bladder and kidney infections
  • Kidney stones
  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
  • Urinary incontinence and frequent urination
  • Complications urinating
  • Diseases of the bladder, urethra, ureter or adrenal glands
  • Blood in urine
  • Cancer

We also provide treatment for conditions affecting the male reproductive tract, such as:

  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Diseases of penis, epididymis, seminal vesicles and testicles
  • Low testosterone
  • Vasectomies and vasectomy reversals

While some urological conditions are equal across the board, such as urinary tract infections or kidney stones, many are gender-specific.
